Bio

Nicola McCrabbe MSc PCC is a Leadership Coach and Workshop Facilitator. She works with newly appointed and established leaders who want to “up their game” and bring their team to the next level.

As a university educator, she taught teams how to successfully work together. As a coach, she worked with two leading national coaching companies, successfully coaching hundreds of clients.

As a coach, clients say, “that she understands them quickly and accurately”. As a workshop facilitator, Nicola delivers training that is fun, practical and interactive. Her specialties include: Leadership Coaching, Leadership and Team Development Facilitation, Cultural/Employee Engagement, Career Management/Transition and Communicating for Success.

In her professional life, Nicola has moved between teaching computer science and agile methodology, working as a programmer in an agile environment and now empowering agile leaders and teams to have more success.

She has a Bachelor of Education Degree, a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science & Applications, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching in California and is a ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Additional Details

Come at 6pm and enjoy complimentary food and refreshments. The session itself runs from 6:30pm to 7:30pm with a question period and networking afterwards. We're in the Atrium at as soon as you walk in the front doors. Parking is free in front of the building after 5pm!
