Successes and Missteps on the Journey to Enterprise Agility with Mike Heinrich
Agility at an enterprise level is no easy task. Any number of factors can create roadblocks to adoption, be it lack of leadership buy-in, lack of organizational maturity, competing interests from third-parties, or competing priorities. Sometimes, what could be considered fertile ground to sow the seeds of agile can be the most difficult situation to create sustainable adoption and some of the most powerful success stories emerge from the most unlikely places.
Using real-world case studies, Lauren McClure and Mike Heinrich will discuss the challenges and successes they’ve experienced in adopting agile in large-scale, multi-vendor environments.
Mike is a Senior Consultant in the Technology Strategy & Architecture service line at Deloitte. With 10 years experience in agile methods, first as a member of an agile team and now as a consultant and coach, Mike has a broad skillset to draw upon. Most recently, Mike has supported multiple organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to the public sector, in adopting and scaling agile methods.
