Doing More With Less - Case Study from Shaw

Chad Fournier will be presenting a brief case study about the creation of an application for Shaw’s call centre staff. Throughout the presentation he will highlighting the ways Shaw is ‘doing more with less’, including the transition from Waterfall practice to the adoption of Agile methodologies and the growth of a UX team.

Bio:
Chad Fournier is the Practice Leader of User Experience at Shaw Communications. As the Practice Lead Chad is responsible for enhancing the quality and ensuring the consistency of UX functions across Shaw. He has a passion for understanding user needs and continuously strives to create useful, engaging and successful experiences with that knowledge.
Chad is an active participant in the UX community. He is on the organizing committee of the Calgary UX Group, founder of the Calgary chapter of the UX Book Club and more recently presented at the CanUX Conference in the later stages of 2009.
