Presentation by Jane Robarts of Thoughtworks.
Jane Robarts will be generously presenting a talk built on her experience report and presentation from Agile 2008:
"If I Knew Then What I Know Now: Practical Considerations for Distributed Agile Projects"
Using three different distributed projects as case studies, this presentation explores the special considerations agile project leaders and team members must account for when planning, initiating, and running a distributed agile project.
Jane Robarts is a principal consultant and project manager with ThoughtWorks. She has worked in agile projects in India, China, the UK, the US, Australia and Canada. Jane has spent much of the last several years working directly on distributed agile delivery projects onshore and offshore and coaching distributed teams. Jane is currently working with a client in Calgary and is the delivery manager for ThoughtWorks Canada. She is a contributor to alphaITJournal.com
